As a Menstrual Health and Menopause Coach and Menopause Wellness Practitioner, I provide information about menstrual health, perimenopause and menopause so that you are aware of what is happening to your body, navigate this sometimes difficult time, and talk about how we can best combat any issues you might have. Some topics covered for example are HRT, diet and lifestyle, sleep, relationships, work, holistic medicines and alternative therapies.
I offer sessions where we will have deep conversations about your own personal situation, discuss your needs and options and set small, manageable goals whilst setting small exercises to get you to where you want to be.
Sessions are strictly confidential. We can have our 1:1 sessions in person or via Zoom if this suits your needs better, whichever makes you most comfortable!
Menstrual health and wellbeing and or menopause coaching. This may be appropriate for third sector organisations who want to support staff, volunteers and service users for instance. To ensure comfort and security I am happy to travel to the venue of your choice for group coaching or we can do this via Zoom if it suits your needs better.
Coaching in the workplace is a great way to show how much you appreciate your workforce. To create a positive health culture within your business will ultimately increase revenue by increasing productivity and lost days through sickness or absence due to long term menstrual health conditions or the menopause. People should feel valued in their job and with just under half of the population being women I feel that it is really important for employer and employees alike to understand symptoms of menstrual disorders and the menopause.
Information sessions are an in depth look at a topic of your choice, centred around menstrual health or menopause. Menopause in the workplace is extremely high on the agenda in the menopause space at the moment, due to media activity highlighting the poor support that women currently receive in their workplaces.
